열압축 공정을 거쳐 생산된 EPS 인고트를 입고·검수합니다. 원료의 이물질 혼입 여부와 압축 상태를 확인하여 다음 공정에 투입합니다.

EPS ingots produced through hot-compression are received and inspected. Foreign material contamination and compression condition are checked before feeding into the next process.

입고된 인고트를 분쇄기로 잘게 파쇄하여 압출에 적합한 크기의 분쇄물로 만듭니다. 균일한 입도 관리가 이후 공정 품질을 결정합니다.

Received ingots are ground into fragments of appropriate size for extrusion. Uniform particle size control is critical to the quality of subsequent processes.

용융된 PS를 균일한 규격으로 절단·냉각하여 최종 PS 펠렛을 생산합니다. 품질 등급(A⁺/A/B)에 따라 분류 포장 후 출하합니다.

Molten PS is cut and cooled to uniform specifications to produce final PS pellets. After classification packaging by quality grade (A⁺/A/B), products are shipped.
